My screen time

The W.A.L.T was to track our screen time over a seven-day period.
It was quite hard because I was sick on Monday and Tuesday so I couldn't get an accurate chart.

Mahi tahi

Today at Mahi tahi we did a taste test. Our W.A.L.T was to use our senses to and cooperate with our buddy by giving them hints to what the food is. The teachers all came round with food and we all thought it would be sardines. We got into a group of 4 and 2 of us wrote down their answers. It was all about risk-taking because you didn't know what you are eating but it was the best Mahi tahi task we have done.
Mahi tahi teaches us to work together as one.
Do you do anything like this at your school?

My pie chart what is your favourite animals class ?

Our W.A.L.T  was to create a pie chart on a topic of our choice. My topic was what is your favorite animal class and the 5 choices were Mammal, Fish, Bird, amphibian and reptile. I collected the data on a google sheet and made it into this pie chart.
I think pie charts are a good fast easy way to collect the data you need, I found it very fun and easy.
Do you ever use pie charts to collect and analyze data?

This my blog record our W.A.L.T was learning how to analyze data.
We did this to show the posts we have done over the years and try and improve on our posts.
Do you analyze your blog data or any data?

My holiday

I heard the huge tall pine trees creak and sway as the cool
forest brees blew them side to side.

I saw my excited cousins skidding across the long brown
pine needles that littered the damp forest floor as they
sprinted to get the best hiding spot.

I felt the ruff, rotten tree bark press against my back as I
cautiously peeked over the hedge dead log.

I wondered how long would this massive rotten tree
fortress save me from the sneaky taggers hunting in every
nook and cranny for me.
Do you like playing in the bush?
